Terms of Use

Dallula connects discerning clients with independent professionals who specialise in barbering, massage, wellness, and other people-first services. We design and maintain the digital platform, but every service is delivered directly by the independent provider who lists with us.

By accessing or using Dallula you acknowledge that you are entering into agreements with other community members, not with Dallula itself. Please review the principles below to keep every exchange respectful, safe, and elevated.

01

1. What we provide

  • Dallula offers discovery, booking, and business tools that help providers run their studio or mobile practice and help clients find the right fit.
  • We do not employ providers, supervise treatments, or guarantee outcomes. Each provider is fully responsible for their services, equipment, insurance, and legal compliance.
02

2. Eligibility and accounts

  • You must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate information when creating an account or submitting a request.
  • Providers must only list services they are qualified and legally permitted to perform in their jurisdiction and must update us if that status changes.
03

3. Bookings, payments, and conduct

  • Clients and providers contract directly with one another. Any booking, payment, refund, or gratuity terms are agreed between them. Dallula is not a party to those agreements.
  • Treat every member of the community with respect. Harassment, discrimination, or unsafe behaviour leads to immediate removal from the platform.
04

4. Content and activity standards

  • Dallula may only be used for lawful, people-positive services. Content or services that are nude, sexual, hateful, violent, or exploitative are strictly prohibited.
  • Only share content you own or have permission to use. By uploading content you grant Dallula a licence to host and display it within our experiences.
05

5. Disclaimers and liability

  • The platform and any materials are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee availability, uninterrupted access, or specific results.
  • To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dallula is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from services provided by third parties.
06

6. Disputes and governing law

  • We encourage clients and providers to resolve disagreements directly. If you alert us, we may offer guidance, but we are not obligated to intervene.
  • These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
07

7. Updates and contact

  • We may update these Terms of Use to reflect product, legal, or regulatory changes. When we do, we will post the new date at the top of this page.
  • If you continue using Dallula after updates, you accept the revised terms.
